Both project-based positions start immediately and are estimated to last approximately one and a half years.
Your responsibilities as a CSA Engineer:
Checking works carried out and ensure quality control in maintained throughout
Work part of the Quality team to ensure finished works meet standards required, managing quality of the works set against approved benchmarks, actively coordinate with the QA managers to ensure the correct documentation is submitted in a timely manner by the contractors.
Liaise with sub-contractor’s on tracking progress against schedule and Carry out sub-contractor meetings.
Manage site documentation.
Attend and actively participate in Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning, Co-ordination and lookahead meetings, as well as Handover Meetings.
Review drawings with design team and effectively solve any issues.
Actively monitor and snag contractors works ensuring works is installed as per the approved drawings and spec ensuring the highest quality is achieved to ensure zero defects, snag list to be raised on the approved platform and issued to the contractors with follow up walks and close out reports to be issued in a timely manner as the approved QMS.
Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels, ensure contractors are protecting finished works, prevent damage at all times, raise observations as required.
Coordinate works ensuring all trades have adequate time, material and resources to complete their works on program.
Manage health and safety, housekeeping material storage, actively participating in issuing the daily SPA’s and permits, ensure works is carried out in accordance with the approved MSRA/ RAMS, participate in the daily DAB’s and Whiteboard meetings ensuring contractors are aware of ongoing and upcoming works.

Design and analyze structural components and systems.
Collaborate with project teams to develop solutions.
Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor construction progress.
Prepare detailed engineering reports and documentation.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise.

Requirements as a CSA Engineer:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar is essential.
Ability to work on own initiative.
3+ years’ experience working on large scale projects.
Experience in civils, facades and fit-out projects.
Data centre experience is advantageous.
Requirements as a Structural Engineer:
Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
Several years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in large construction projects.
Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, or similar).
Strong knowledge of building codes and standards.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
