Our history
Barona was founded in Finland in 1999. We started out providing staffing services for the construction industry and have since grown into a diverse service company. Now, over twenty years later, Barona is a work-life company with deep knowledge across industries, methods, and solutions. We have our own logistics center in Finland and nine service centers in Finland, Sweden, Poland, and Spain. We are reshaping working life with comprehensive solutions focused on employment, learning, and well-being.
