Job
Description:

• Create
nesting and cutting programs for laser cutting machines (Trumpf and Bystronic).

• Develop
bending programs for press brake machines (Trumpf).

• Use
TruTops Boost (Trumpf) for both laser and bending program creation.

• Use
BySoft (Bystronic) for laser nesting.

• Handle 2D
and 3D drawings using AutoCAD to prepare part geometry for nesting.

• Clean and
adapt 3D models to remove technical markings and ensure compatibility with
machine software.

•
Collaborate closely with sales and production management to ensure accurate and
efficient production preparation.

Required
Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5
years of experience in laser cutting programming or machine operation.

• Strong
experience with nesting software for laser cutting machines is essential.

•
Experience with press brake programming is an advantage.

•
Familiarity with TruTops Boost, BySoft, and AutoCAD 2D/3D is highly desirable.

•
Experience with Trumpf and Bystronic systems preferred, but knowledge of other
major brands (e.g. Amada) is also considered.

• Technical
background (Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar)

• Good
English communication skills (spoken and written) are required.

• Ability
to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.

Benefits:

• Gross
monthly salary: €2400–2800 depending on experience; may rise up to €3400 as
your skills develop.

Accommodation available for a maximum of €400/month.
