Join us as an Elf and work for our trusted clients across Lapland during the Christmas season 2025/2026.
Working in Lapland during winter is a truly magical experience. Picture yourself surrounded by snowy forests, glowing northern lights, cosy cabins, and the unique atmosphere of the Arctic wilderness.
It’s more than a job—it’s an adventure you’ll remember forever.
The length of the contract: Employment period is for Christmas season mostly from around November until the end of December 2026.
The type of the contract: We offer part-time contracts (for example 60h or 90h/ 3weeks).
Responsibilities
What will you do?
As an Elf, your role is all about creating joyful, memorable moments. Your tasks will include:
- Entertaining guests—especially children—through playful interaction and festive activities
- Creating a warm, magical atmosphere and building positive relationships with guests and clients
- Supporting daily operations, including additional tasks assigned by your manager (or occasionally… Santa Claus himself!
You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:
Good English skills (B2 level) and confidence in communicating with international guests
Eligibility to work in Finland.
Previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, or performing—especially in child or family‑focused roles (a strong plus!).
A customer‑oriented mindset and a natural ability to connect with children.
A positive, energetic, and cheerful personality that brings the Christmas spirit to life.
A valid driver’s license (mandatory).

Competitive salary - Starting from 11,35 € / hour, based on the collective agreement for the hotel and restaurant industry or according to individual agreement.
Additional pay supplements - Evening shift allowances, Night shift allowances, +100% pay on Sundays and public holidays
Accommodation support - We help you arrange suitable housing for the season. (rent approx. 200-450€/month)
