We’re looking for warm, customer-focused receptionists to join our teams across Lapland for the 2026/2027 winter season.
Responsibilities
About the Role:
- You'll be responsible for check-ins, check-outs, and guiding guests to ensure their satisfaction.
- Positions are available in picturesque locations such as Kilpisjärvi, Luosto, Rovaniemi, Pallas, Ylläs, Levi, Muonio, Hetta and Saariselkä
Employment period varies depending on the location and workplace, although it is mostly from October/November 2026 until March/April 2027.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a hotel receptionist – you know your way around a front desk and love helping guests.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuinely friendly, welcoming attitude.
- Experience with hotel management systems (Mews or Opera) is a big plus.
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Finland – required for employment.
- The ability to stay calm, organized, and positive, even on busy days.
- Flexibility with shifts – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent English skills (any additional languages are a bonus!).
- A proactive, can‑do mindset and a smile that guests will remember 😊

Finnish seasonal employment contracts with options for:
- Full‑time (112.5 hours / 3 weeks)

- Competitive salary starting from 13.57€/h, following the collective agreement of the hotel and restaurant industry (or according to a separate agreement).
