Join us as an Elf and work for our trusted clients across Lapland during the Christmas season 2025/2026.

Working in Lapland during winter is a truly magical experience. Picture yourself surrounded by snowy forests, glowing northern lights, cosy cabins, and the unique atmosphere of the Arctic wilderness.


It’s more than a job—it’s an adventure you’ll remember forever.

Locations: Positions are available in picturesque locations such as Kilpisjärvi, Luosto, Rovaniemi, Pallas, Ylläs, Levi, Muonio, Hetta and Saariselkä.

The length of the contract: Employment period is for Christmas season mostly from around November until the end of December 2026.

The type of the contract: We offer part-time contracts (for example 60h or 90h/ 3weeks).


Responsibilities

What will you do?

As an Elf, your role is all about creating joyful, memorable moments. Your tasks will include:

  • Entertaining guests—especially children—through playful interaction and festive activities
  • Creating a warm, magical atmosphere and building positive relationships with guests and clients
  • Supporting daily operations, including additional tasks assigned by your manager (or occasionally… Santa Claus himself!


You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:

  • Good English skills (B2 level) and confidence in communicating with international guests

  • Eligibility to work in Finland.

  • Previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, or performing—especially in child or family‑focused roles (a strong plus!).

  • A customer‑oriented mindset and a natural ability to connect with children.

  • A positive, energetic, and cheerful personality that brings the Christmas spirit to life.

  • A valid driver’s license (mandatory).

  • Competitive salary - Starting from 11,35 € / hour, based on the collective agreement for the hotel and restaurant industry or according to individual agreement.

  • Accommodation support - We help you arrange suitable housing for the season. (rent approx. 200-450€/month)
