Description
We’re looking for skilled and reliable housekeepers to join high-quality hotel resorts across stunning Lapland for the upcoming winter season 2026/27.
About the Role:
- Positions are available in picturesque locations such as Kilpisjärvi, Luosto, Rovaniemi, Pallas, Ylläs, Levi, Muonio, Hetta and Saariselkä.
- Employment period varies depending on the location and workplace, although it is mostly from November 2026 until March/April 2027.
- We offer Finnish seasonal contracts for either full-time (112,5/3 weeks) or part-time (90h/ 3 weeks)
You’ll be responsible for keeping hotel rooms or private cottages clean, cozy, and welcoming. To thrive in this role, you should bring previous housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Must have EU citizenship/passport or a valid work permit in Finland.
- Good physical condition for physically demanding tasks.
- English skills on communicative level.
- Driving license B and being an active driver at some resorts.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
